Product description:-
Super Duplex Steel UNS S32760 Buttweld Pipe Fittings is designed from high alloyed stainless steel with a microstructure of 50:50 ferritic and austenitic alloys. The fittings basically formed with molybdenum and chromium content that makes the fittings highly resistant to uniform corrosion. Furthermore, it features superior resistance to pitting, erosion, stress corrosion cracking and fatigue corrosion in high-temperature circumstances. The fittings also feature superior high strength and toughness in soaring environments.

The presence of chromium and molybdenum content ensures good resistance to organic acids such as acetic and formic acids. In addition to it also provides superior resistance to inorganic acids especially that contains chlorides. The fitting further shows exceptional resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion in seawater atmospheres.

The fittings also resist pure sulfuric acids and combine high mechanical strength and ductility. Therefore the sub-zero notch and ambient ductility of these grades of fittings are excellent. The solution annealing of these tubes is executed at 1100 degree C and later on, followed by water quenched. Furthermore, these fittings are both hot and cold work by means of various standard methods. Similarly, for the welding of these fittings, various methods are applied to achieve good weldability. Thus this welding method includes shielded metal arc welding, plasma welding, and TIG welding.
