Super Duplex Steel UNS S32750 Flanges description:
Super Duplex Steel UNS S32750 Flanges are from the family of the duplex steel. These flanges have mixed microstructure of austenitic and ferritic grade. These flanges have higher chromium and molybdenum content that is the main difference. This offers higher corrosion resistance property than standard grades. It has combined dual phase microstructure that offers high strength with economic corrosion resistance ability, mainly in the environments having high levels of chlorides. These flanges have down alloying cost when compared to other types of standard grades.

These flanges have higher corrosion resistance in chloride containing environments because of the composition of resisting elements. This composition also maximizes yield and tensile strength. These flanges are the best option for various thickness options without compromising in properties and quality. These flanges have excellent weldability so that it can be welded by all standard welding operations. These are weldable by TIG, MIG, resistance and arc welding.

Super Duplex Steel UNS S32750 Flanges are composed of good mechanical properties and ductility having good corrosion resistance properties. These flanges are manufactured from the super duplex grade that is supplied in the annealed condition. However, these flanges cannot be hardened by heat treatment operations. Its desired properties are achieved by cold working operations. Moreover, these flanges have good resistance to pitting in reducing zones.
