Product description
Nickel N02201 Seamless Pipes are dual certified grade pipes having wrought nickel. These pipes only differentiate by the carbon composition. These pipes are a solid solution for industrial commercial pure applications. The alloying restriction combined into one grade having dual certified chemistry that result in a change in desired mechanical properties. The application of nickel pipes includes chemical processing in the most severe chemicals such as acetic acids, nitric acids, phosphoric acids, and other harsh chemical environments.
These pipes can be exposed to other organic and inorganic compound environments. Nickel 201 grade has outstanding resistance to moderate alkalis in a variety of temperatures and concentrations.
These pipes offer great service in the operating temperatures up to 600 deg F, thus carbon composition raised to higher. In addition to the lower carbon content, it becomes resistive to graphitization. These pipes can be subjected to embrittlement. We construct these pipes according to the international standards and pressure design codes.
These pipes have good corrosion resistance properties in neutral and reducing zones also in the oxidizing environments that allow the formation of the passive oxide film. This film accounts the materials for great resistance in caustic environments. These pipes are readily formable and processed by machines associated with this grade. These pipes can be induced in the temperature range between 1600 deg F to 2250 deg F. In high heating applications, special care is taken because it serves performance within 1230 deg C. these are stated by both hot and cold forming operations. It is highly resistive to pit.

Additionally, end cap support is also provided to prevent jerks while exporting.
