Alloy description-
AISI 420 stainless steel alloy is the martensitic SS that is developed for primary forming in the wrought products. For 420 AISI is the designation. S42000 is its UNS number and 420S29 is the British standard designation. It can have on an average low ductility and is having greater electrical conductivity among the wrought martensitic SS. This alloy provides very good corrosion resistance in addition to high hardness and increased strength. The alloy is magnetic in both hardened and annealed conditions. Greater corrosion resistance is acquired in the fully hardened condition and is never used in an annealed condition.

Incoloy 825 is the austenitic iron-nickel-chromium and molybdenum alloy which contains huge components of the same. The contents of alloy help it to have the good corrosion resistant property in the oxidizing and the moderate environment. As compared to the standard stainless steel the incoloy 825 is used to reduce corrosion because of its copper and molybdenum sustainability.
