UNS S32205 duplex steel pipes can be used at temperatures up to 316°C; however, it is not recommended for use in environments above 300°C due to its susceptibility to embrittlement when exposed to high temperatures. The CPT (cold pressure test) of this type of stainless steel is around 35°C, and it has good resistance to localized corrosion types like intergranular, crevice and pitting.
